Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your order the items can be returned within 7 days for a size/merchandise exchange or a refund.
Please follow these instructions if you need to return an item.

1.    Email customerservice@montaignemarket.com within 7 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization. Please include Item Codes and specify the Return reason /details.
2.    Returns must be sent with Federal Express as instructed in the authorization email that you will receive. Go to www.fedex.com and find your local FedEx phone number to arrange a pick-up.
3.    Returns for size or merchandise exchange and for total or partial refund are at client’s expense. Shipment and return fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles (may vary for different credit card companies). Shipment and return import fees will be deducted from the refund.
4.    Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the Return Authorization.

 

WHEN RETURNED ITEMS MUST:

1.    Not be worn, washed or altered.
2.    Have the Montaigne Market tag attached to the product.
3.    Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc.
4.    Have their undamaged original boxes (shoes and accessories)
5.    Be neatly packaged in order to ensure safe delivery
6.    Contain the printed email of return authorization.

 

PRODUCTS ON SALE MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

PERFUMES AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

BATHING SUIT AND UNDERWEAR MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.
