1. You can browse our products by using the horizontal menu links: CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES… You can also search our catalog by using the search field in the upper right corner.
2. Once you found an item you wish to purchase, choose your size and click the ADD TO CART button.
3. Review the items in your shopping bag.
4. Choose your payment method and click on the button PROCEED TO PAYMENT.
5. Fill in your payment details and confirm your purchase.
In order to shop at Montaignemarket.com you will need to open an account.
Simply click on the REGISTER link in the upper left corner to fill in your details.
Please ensure that your contact details are correct, so that we can contact you if necessary. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card.
We are an authorized distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

The sizes listed on the web site are those marked on the garment label. Sizes can vary greatly by designer.
To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'SIZE INFO' link which you will find on every product page.
All items are in stock unless 'SOLD OUT' is displayed. When you choose you size you will see the actual stock per size. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please contact us to find out if there is going to be a restock.
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Sogenactif (Société Générale).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro credit and debit cards.
We also accept Paypal.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes and we do not deliver to forwarding addresses.
Due to international trading agreements and regulations, Montaigne Market is obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.
As a result, we are unable ship items made of exotic skins outside of the EU. In addition, some products manufactured in China and fine jewelry of certain compositions, are not allowed to be shipped to some countries.
Orders are shipped from Montaigne Market Paris, France Monday – Friday from 10AM – 5PM (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. The normal delivery time should be 2 to 5 working days.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and an tracking number. You are able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in to your account and selecting MY PROFILE followed by YOUR ORDERS.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order the items can be returned within 7 days for a size/merchandise exchange or a refund.
